On Thursday, our wonderful recently qualified baristas travelled to the Swan Valley to take part in a ‘coffee safari’ thanks to Yahava KoffeeWorks Swan Valley’s educational program.
Students were treated to a sensory experience involving tasting, smelling and eating a range of coffee flavoured products.
Students learnt about and created their own roasted coffee beans that they were able to take home with them.
