Retail Mystery Shopper

Students participate in a mystery shopper activity to assess 4 stores at Morley Galleria on customer service and store presentation. Students will complete merchandising surveys and results will be correlated to determine the positive and negative aspects of the store. Students will have morning tea consisting of juice and muffin. Mystery shopper activity allows students to use the skills they have learnt in Certificate 1 Retail to determine the level of customer service and store presentation across 4 stores.
