Our Café Culture students had an amazing day at Yahava Koffee Works in the Swan Valley,
where they participated in the Safari Coffee Course.
Students explored the rich history of coffee, sampled a range of coffee blends and delicious chocolates, and roasted their own coffee beans while learning how to operate a large-scale commercial coffee roasting machine.
They also enjoyed lunch at the café, making the excursion a fun and engaging hands-on learning experience that deepened their understanding of the coffee industry and complemented the practical skills they have been developing in class.
