Students learn how cafés operate by running our small school café equipped with an industrial coffee machine, working hard to learn both the theory and practical skills of their course, making delicious coffees and practising customer service.
Hospitality skills are combined with basic business knowledge, helping students gain real-world experience and job-ready abilities in a hands-on learning environment.
